Always keep in mind this is your holiday.  To ensure you get everything out of it that you desire, we've listed all the options we could think of.  They are listed to be just that — options!  Don't let them overwhelm you.  They are more or less a menu from which to choose the items that delight you most.  A sea star (*) indicates an optional activity involving additional cost.  For details on these extraordinary activities, see our Excursions & Extras page

Thursday 
  • 3pm - Check-in at our little slice of paradise, the Royal Kona Resort 
  • 5:30pm - Pū (conch shell) Sunset Ceremony on the beach in front of the resort's Mai Tai bar
  • 6pm - Sunset Sip & Sup - Get acquainted with your siren sisters as we nibble & nosh at the popular *Mai Tai Bar. We'll also conduct an Island Intro, exploring the basics of the rich lore and lifestyle that make up island life 
  • 8pm - Sway - In this slow, soothing Hawaiian dance tutorial we'll release our minds, hands & hips
  • 9pm - We end early tonight for those getting up with the sun to visit the island's waterfalls 

Friday
Day options:
  • 6:15-3:45pm - *Kohala Waterfall tour; 6:15am *Waterfall tour shuttle; 7a-3pm Kohala Waterfall tour & lunch; 3pm Return shuttle. This is our recommended featured activity
  • 10am, 11am 1pm, 2:30pm - *Submarine excursion, 55 minutes
  • 8:30am & 1:00pm - *Flumin da Ditch, 90 minutes
  • 9:45am - *Zodiac Boat, 4 hrs 
Evening:
  • 5:30pm - Lava Legends & Legacies Luau dinner & show 
  • 8:30-9:30pm - Tahitian Hura - Inspired by the graceful luau dancers, come work off your feast with a mesmerizing dance tutorial. Non-dancers, we'd love to have you as drummers!

Saturday
  • 
7am - Our first breakfast together, at the resort's lavish onsite buffet 
  • 8:30-10am -  *Flumin da Ditch - today's featured morning activity
  • open 8am-2pm - Zipline tour, every 30 minutes, last 3 hours
  • 9:30a & 1:30p - Horseback riding, 1.5 hours 
  • Kona Snorkeling options: 8am-1pm  *Zodiac Boat;  9am-1:30pm *Fair Wind boat, includes gear, breakfast & lunch; 9:30am-2:30pm *Hula Kai boat, includes gear & breakfast
  • Onsite swimming in the resort's lagoon, tennis
  • 4-ish-7:30pm - Night Swim with Manta Rays, 3.5 hours - our afternoon's featured activity
  • 8pm - Dinner onsite at the famous *Don the Beachcomber restaurant
  • 9:30pm - Wind down the day with a round of Konane, the ancient island board game

Sunday
  • 8am - Breakfast buffet  
  • 9:30a-2p - *Kilauea Volcano Tour by either bike or van, 4.5 hours includes lunch - our morning's featured optional activity 
  • 8am-12noon - Zodiac boat ride, 4 hours
  • 9:30am-9:30pm - Here is another *Kilauea volcano excursion option, this one lasting all day, includes lunch. Morning & Twilight tours available 
  • *Bird watching, 11 hours, includes breakfast & lunch
  • *Glass bottom boat cruise,  2+ hours, evening tour includes dinner  
  • Tennis, swimming
  • 3:30-4:30pm - CrafTea - learn the meaning of flowers & leis as we enjoy tea treats and create a floral hair adornment, this is our featured afternoon Siren School activity
  • 5-6pm - *Sunset Oceanfront Kona Lomi Lomi or Hot Stone Massage, 1 hour - our featured evening option
  • 7-8:30pm - Dinner at the neighboring *Kona Chart House restaurant
  • 9-10pm - After dinner Polynesian dance session on the beach

Monday 
  • 6:30am - Aloha kakahiaka! Quick breakfast onsite 
  • 7:15am-12:15pm - Featured morning option: *Open water Dolphin Swim, 7:15am Shuttle & checkin, 8am-12noon Sunlight on Water boat excursions & dolphin swim, 12noon Return shuttle
  • 1-2pm - Featured afternoon option: *Parasailing, 1 hour
  • 7:30am-1:30pm - *Horseback riding in Waipio Valley, 2 hours van ride each way to & from pick-up spot, approx 1.5 hours on horseback
  • 7am & 10am - *Helicopter Tour, 2 hours 
  • All day - *Mauna Kea Summit & Stars, includes dinner 
  • 8:30am & 1:00pm - *Flumin da Ditch. If you missed it before, now's your last chance, 1.5 hours
  • 9:45am - *Zodiac Boat, 4 hrs
  • 2-4pm - Personal time to prepare for photo session
  • 4-5pm - Informal group & individual photoshoot in our idyllic surroundings
  • 5-7:30p - Sunset Dinner Cruise
  • 8-9pm - Say Aloha ahiahi to our last island evening with dance, in full regalia, with photos & video

Tuesday
  • Sunrise - Dance with the Dawn - On the shore facing east, we greet the new day with a final Hawaiian dance 
  • 9am - We will conclude our island experience over breakfast, complete with plenty of puliki honi honi, as we bid our new hoaloha "A hui hou kakou"
